Who is Umut Karadurmuş?

I work as a Software Developer at Huawei on the operations and automation layer of cloud database services, while pursuing a master's degree at Ege University with a focus on complex networks and algorithms. I have a strong foundation in software development, combining academic knowledge with industry experience. My interests lie in graph theory, network science, distributed systems, and algorithmic thinking. I'm passionate about building scalable, efficient solutions and continuously improving myself both theoretically and practically. Throughout my career I have worked in backend and R&D roles across telecom (Ericsson M2M projects for Turkcell and Türk Telekom, plus EU projects), enterprise software (ASOS Yazılım) and cloud databases (Huawei Cloud RDS & TaurusDB). In my master's thesis I am building a graph-based article recommendation system on citation networks.
